This offer is available for qualified Bank OZK new business checking clients who have not had a merchant services account processed by First Data Merchant Services LLC within six months. New accounts are subject to standard credit approval and underwriting requirements. Offer is valid for a free Clover Go provided by Bank OZK and up to a $500 statement credit towards processing fees for the first six months. To be eligible for the statement credit, the merchant must (1) be credit approved between 4/1/2026 and 9/30/2026; (2) sign a merchant processing agreement; and (3) activate account within 30 days from approval date. The $500 statement credit will be initiated after the account begins processing transactions. Early termination fees apply. Only one offer per eligible business tax ID.
