Affordable Housing

Bank OZK provides innovative and flexible lending programs to meet the credit needs of low- to moderate-income residents in the communities we serve. Our Affordable Housing Finance Group oversees lending and investing for the construction of multifamily housing for families and seniors whose household income is 80% or less of the local area average, helping to create affordable housing in our market areas.

Giving to Our Communities

We are proud of our community development efforts, through which we deploy our resources - both financial and human - to support initiatives that make an impact throughout our footprint. We are committed to investing in these communities, including participating in disaster and hunger relief efforts, donating laptops/equipment to increase technology access, and funding a variety of other nonprofits and community groups.
