How do I make a payment?

Bank OZK accepts payments over the phone, online and by mail.

By Phone: Call the Customer Call Center at 1-800-274-4482, which is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CT) and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CT).

Important notes regarding phone payments:

• Please have your routing and account numbers or debit card information available for payment.

• The fee for paying by telephone with a check or debit card is $3.95.

• The maximum over the phone payment amount via debit card is $1,500, with a $3.95 fee.

• Any payments made after 7:00 p.m. (CT) will be effective the next business day.

Online: Please use one of the payment portal buttons at the top of this page.

By Mail: Mail your payments with your account number on the note section to P.O. Box 196, Ozark, AR 72949.

How do I set up automatic mortgage payments?

Loans must be current before establishing recurring payments.

With a Bank OZK checking or savings account, you can set up regular online payments through our online banking portal. Once you have enrolled in online banking, log in and go to the payments tab. Add Bank OZK as a biller and use the payment information included on your statement. After you create the profile for Bank OZK, click on the Bank OZK name to expand the biller details. You can add an auto payment or set reminders for payments based on your due date.

You can also set up recurring payments to pull from a non-Bank OZK bank account to pay your mortgage loan. Complete our Loan Payment Transfer Authorization form, and mail the completed form and a voided check to our Loan Administration team at Bank OZK, Attn Loan Administration, PO Box 196, Ozark AR 72949.

How do I verify or change my mortgage payment due date?

To verify your mortgage payment due date, please refer to your statement or contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-274-4482, which is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CT) and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CT).

I have changes, requests and/or questions about my mortgage. Who do I contact for help?

Our Home Loans Servicing Team is available to help with several mortgage related requests, including:

• Amortization schedule requests

• Payment adjustments, including postponing, delaying or skipping payments

• Payment information, including payment application, explanation of allocation, payment amount changes and/or refunds

• Copies of loan documents and statements

• Escrow account assistance, including copies of your escrow account analysis, account information or tax amounts

• Loan fee waivers

• Insurance information updates, including flood master policy, homeowners’ insurance and insurance confirmations

• Copies of your loan transfer letter, if servicing was transferred to Bank OZK

• Payoff amount requests

• Copies of your title or title application

• Updates to your personal information on file with your loan
